返金ポリシー

1. 契約締結から8日以内のキャンセル

契約締結日から起算して8日以内にメールでお申し出いただいた場合、受講開始の有無にかかわらず、お支払いいただいた受講料の全額を返金いたします。

2. 受講開始後の中途解約

上記期間の経過後も、契約期間中はいつでも中途解約いただけます。返金額は次の計算により算定します。

1. 提供済み役務の対価：受講料 ×（解約申出日までの経過日数 ÷ 契約期間の総日数）
2. 解約手数料：50,000円または受講料の20%のいずれか低い額
3. 返金額：受講料 −（1）−（2）

計算結果がマイナスとなる場合、返金額は0円とします。

3. 返金の対象外となる費用

州登録手数料、登録代理人費用、ビザ申請手数料など、受講者ご自身が第三者に支払った実費は返金の対象外です。

4. 返金の方法と時期

お申し出の受付から30日以内に、ご指定の日本国内の銀行口座へ円建てで振り込みます。

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation within 8 days

If the client cancels by email within 8 days of signing the service agreement, we refund the full program fee, whether or not the program has started.

2. Cancellation after the program starts

After that period, the client may cancel at any time during the program term. The refund is calculated as follows:

1. Value of services provided: program fee × (days elapsed until the cancellation request ÷ total days of the program term)
2. Cancellation fee: JPY 50,000 or 20% of the program fee, whichever is lower
3. Refund amount: program fee − (1) − (2)

If the result is negative, the refund amount is zero.

3. Non-refundable costs

Third-party costs paid directly by the client, such as state filing fees, registered agent fees and visa application fees, are not refundable.

4. Refund method and timing

Refunds are paid in JPY to the client's designated bank account in Japan within 30 days of receiving the request.
