1. 取得する情報

• 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所
• ご相談・受講に関連してご提供いただく情報（事業内容、渡航予定等）
• お支払い・返金に必要な情報（振込名義、返金先口座等）

2. 利用目的

• 無料相談・本サービスの提供、連絡、請求および返金のため
• 本サービスの改善、新しい講座のご案内のため
• 法令に基づく対応のため

3. 第三者への提供・委託

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、決済・送金事業者、オンライン会議・クラウドサービス事業者等に取扱いを委託する場合があります。

4. 外国にある第三者への提供

当社は米国法人であり、また委託先には米国等の外国の事業者が含まれるため、個人情報が日本国外で取り扱われる場合があります。当社は、委託先において適切な安全管理措置が講じられていることを確認します。

5. 安全管理

個人情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、紛失等を防止するため、アクセス管理等の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

6. 開示・訂正・削除等のご請求

ご本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除等のご請求があった場合は、本人確認のうえ、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。

Haiburi LLC ("we") handles personal information appropriately and in compliance with applicable laws, including Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

• Information provided for consultations and programs (e.g. business details, travel plans)
• Information needed for payments and refunds (e.g. payer name, refund account)
